What do we do? As moms, our job is to envision the future of our child and work to provide for our child what they need to get there. We also need to do this for ourselves, so that we can have the space to be the best parents we can be. This is why we created The Vision and the Practice-- a company strictly committed to helping moms envision the working life we want, or the working life we don't want, creating the plan to achieve that vision, and living the practice we have created.

To reiterate, we work with moms in different phases of parenthood-- pregnancy, new motherhood, and parenting your child 1 year and up-- to negotiate work.
